I am a new member as of today.  My picture that I posted in the Profile does not come up along with my member name, just the stock outline of someone's head. Any ideas how to fix this?

I see a number of these "stock profile" of somebody's head - good question.  Are others having this same problem?  I'll check with the website company for a solution.

If other  members reading this are having the same problem please send us a message or post it to this  Forum string.

Your profile picture is up - did you try to post it again and it worked or was there a delay from when you first uploaded it and it appearing?

I don't even SEE an UPLOAD button to click on in the profile section in order to choose a photo for the profile! (this is LOU) I accidentally uploaded from and online hosting site to the comment section of Ruben's profile account.   It would be helpful if you could let me know exactly where the button is?

Thanks,

Ruben,

When you log in go to the "edit Profile" on the right in the "Welcome" section.  When you get to your member info you can load a picture (jpeg) and it will replace the image you see now that is the provile of a man's head. Just be sure you click save changes so the image you load will be uploaded.

Hope that helps, email me if you need further assistance.

Brian,

I know WHERE to go, but when I get there the instructions aren't clear. Below is a copy of what the instruction box says but there IS NO BUTTON there to click on to bring up a browze field in order to go to my computer and find the picture I want and then add it.

SEE THE COPY BELOW!!

"Click the Upload button below to select the image you want to upload from your computer. (accepted filetypes: *.jpg;*.gif;*.png;*.bmp;*.jpeg;*.JPG) "

NO BUTTON THAT I CAN SEE!!

Thanks LOU!

Lou,

I logged onto the website with my member ID & password and then clicked on "Edit Profile" which is a word link on the right side of the home page and member page.  When I click on "edit profile" it takes me to my profile information and the first thing it asks for is "Name" and " Profile Image" with a word link in a framed box that says: "Upload Image".  When you click on this it will automatically take you to the images you have on your computer.  You select the image of your car by double clicking on it and it will automatically size it and put it on your member profile.  You must scroll all the way to the bottom of this profile page and click "Submit" or your changes and image won't be saved or show up on the website.

I hope this helps you.

Brian
