i have a CEE stamped just below my engine pad.  my guy tells me its just been rebuilt by someone at one point.  i want to know if this engine still qualifies as the real #'s matching and if this will be a big deduction of points for judging.  i am restoring the car to go duntov.

thanks for any info

You should have or should get the NCRS judging manual for your year Sting Ray and read the description of the engine pad and related numbers very carefully.  If this CEE is stamped into the pad itself and is not part of the correct engine codes/production#s and is the signature of some after production engine builder then this will impact your judging points.
